dirty floors

absolutely stunning how one can mess up so many things at once. dirty floors, rude staff, and a broken keycard every time I returned to my room! I almost gave them a good review, but I was treated like everyone else instead of royalty. a shame, really!

I spent one night here and while the mattress was super comfy and the large bath towels were a nice touch, I stumbled upon roaches that ruined my experience. I wouldn't choose this place again.

We had a fun stay with the kids! The hot water was perfect for the chilly evenings. Plus, the wifi worked great, so the grandkids could enjoy their shows while we relaxed. Close to shops, making it easy to stock up on snacks.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could use improvement.
